1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1kkk ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, deposits into, or otherwise uses the services available at 1kkk.io. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 1kkk, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, and promotional programmes.

By completing the account registration process on 1kkk, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you, and that you accept these Terms as a binding legal agreement. Your continued use of the 1kkk platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute renewed acceptance of the revised agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to 1kkk is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals such as yourself.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 1kkk or any of its related companies, game suppliers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 1kkk or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number or email address.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.

1kkk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when activity patterns suggest a breach of these Terms. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension.

Each player may maintain only one active account on 1kkk. If 1kkk determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether identified through shared device fingerprints, shared payment methods, shared IP addresses, or any other technical indicator — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 1kkk account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1kkk will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were personally present at the device at the time.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. 1kkk cannot be held responsible for any losses sustained as a result of unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account balances held on the 1kkk platform represent a debt owed by 1kkk to the player and may not be transferred between player accounts. Balances may only be used for wagering within the platform or withdrawn to the player's verified payment method. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee or closure at 1kkk's discretion, with prior notice provided by email.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1kkk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 1kkk does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name. Before any withdrawal is processed, 1kkk may require the player to complete identity verification. Players who have accepted a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1kkk offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournament periods. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Unmet bonuses will expire and be removed at the end of this period.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the 1kkk platform — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and instant-win titles — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. 1kkk sources its games exclusively from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game interruption during an active round, 1kkk's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. 7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 1kkk cover cricket fixtures including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), Bangladesh national team internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championship events, as well as other sports markets where available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 1kkk platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless a cash-out option is explicitly made available for the specific market.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the official governing body's ruling on the event status. In most cases, bets on events that do not complete their scheduled number of overs or playing periods will be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled outcome.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at 1kkk's discretion to reflect changes in match status. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets cannot be placed during a market suspension period.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports bets and are displayed within the betting interface. 1kkk reserves the right to limit the stakes or payouts available to any individual player at its discretion.
• Any bet found to have been placed using information that was not available to the general public at the time of placement, or that was placed through any automated or robotic process, will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 1kkk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any stage of identity verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purposes of manipulating game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability. Players who discover such issues must report them to [email protected] immediately. Winnings derived from an identified exploit will be voided.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1kkk platform — including but not limited to the 1kkk brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text content, graphics, game integrations, and software — is the intellectual property of 1kkk or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. No part of the 1kkk platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1kkk.

Game content displayed on the 1kkk platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi among others) and is licensed to 1kkk for display within the platform. Players may not record, capture, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit game content in any format.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1kkk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. This includes — but is not limited to — loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, loss of data, service interruptions, or reliance on information published on the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation, the English version shall prevail. These Terms are intended to be read and applied in the context of the Bangladesh gaming and internet services market.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the operation of the 1kkk platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through the 1kkk support process.
